We are conveniently located minutes from downtown Cedar Rapids and a short drive from the Eastern Iowa Airport, with easy access from the interstate. Whether you rely on our experts to lead the session or bring in your own moderator, you can be confident that our welcoming staff and specialized facility will create a relaxed, yet professional environment.

  • Built-in audiovisual capabilities including DVD player and large screen monitor
  • DVD/Digital video and audio recording
  • Built-in whiteboard and flip charts available in focus group room
  • Multiple room set-ups, including executive seating for 12, theater or classroom style seating, or a living room set-up
  • Large, free parking lot for clients and participants
  • Mature and professional host staff to greet participants and assist clients
  • Spacious double-tiered viewing room, complete with: one-way mirror, wireless internet connection, directed lighting, lounge area/kitchen, and private client entrance
