Thank you for agreeing to participate in this survey. We are conducting this study for the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation (GCRCF) to help them better serve organizations in our community. We’re seeking feedback from organizations that have applied for grants from the GCRCF. We are also seeking information from organizations who have not yet worked with the Foundation to find out why not, and what might be done to encourage and assist them to do so in the future. Your opinion is very important to this process. Neither your name nor organization will ever be identified with your answers, but GCRCF will receive a list of all participants at the conclusion of the study. This survey should only take about 30 minutes of your time. We are asking that one person per organization complete the survey. Typically, this will be the executive director, but whoever completes the survey may want to consult with other key staff.
